Members of this committee include:
Angie, Charmaine, Stella, Veronica, Esther, John and Olga
During our meeting we decided we should have:
- Balloons - maybe pearly, black and red as a theme
- Mistletoe over the hot spot - which we can hang from a string/streamer from one of the columns to the stage
- Streamers with masks at the door
- Christmas tree (obviously)
- Banner at the front of the hall saying "Christmas Dance" with masks on it
- Masks stuck up all over the hall if we can find nice packets of cheap ones.
With the make-a-mask idea, I'm going to suggest it to the games committe because it seems more appropriate. We can still all work together on it.
Angie and, was it John (?), who went to check Mr Pagani's box, did you find anything useful there?
We need to buy/borrow/steal:
- balloons
- mistletoe
- streamers
- xmas tree (we already have it, we just need to find it)
- big, black sheets from Mr Hart to cover up the windows and to lay over the desks
- a sheet for the banner and we can use paint from the art rooms to write the letters
- >>CHEAP BLANK MASKS<< lots of them - I've looked around in a few places and haven't found any so guys please look around and tell me if you see anything. A packet of 10 masks for $2 would be fantastic, but anything similarly priced is worth looking at.
Everyone please go to your nearby craft and $2 shops and have a look for anything that's in the list above or that might come in handy. If you buy anything remember to KEEP THE RECEIPT so you can be reimbursed and keep in mind we have a limit of $10 each.

I suggest red and green and silver/gold balloons to suite the theme! i might have a few lying around so ill go look for them later..
mistletoe... i made one last year so i could bring it in to reduce the hassle of buy/making one.. as long as it stays undamaged. it measures 30x30
id be more than happy making the banner during recess/lunch with friends =)

Yep, I'm sure he'll let you use his paint. It needs to be about 2m in length and the width doesn't really matter. This isn't really no.1 priority though, it's not absolutely necessary; just a nice bonus if we can find a sheet.

DO NOT BUY ANYMORE THAN $10 WORTH OF BALLOONS!
previous years for several events, the past src have bought excessive numbers of balloons which were either taken out of the src acount or charity money. So decide who is getting balloons and only that person gets it.
