Facebook Group

Courtesy of Jess we now have a Facebook group - no fancy LOL JK in the group name unfortunately - but it'd be good if all Facebook users could join the group and encourage people from Fort St to join. The group isn't just for SRC members but is there for students to communicate to us, because apparently the good old-fashioned talking to people in person thing isn't working.

Can we somehow advertise this facebook SRC group so more people would know about it and post up their ideas and suggestions that they would like to share with the SRC? Besides inviting people, because some people I know of just don't check their group invitations.
I think an announcement would be great, because I'm sure nearly everyone has a facebook.

It'd be great if we could - I'll check (with someone - I don't know who yet, but I'm not sure if Ms Moxham would be fine with it... something tells me she might not like it). I don't see why not, really, but if we can then we should. I'll find out.

I've sent out an invite to every 'friend' I've got on facebook. It's a shame but quite a few SRCs have chosen to ignore the invite.. cough cough Poppy, please join so i can make you admin.

If everyone could could add people to the group/or joing. It'll become more effective
