Publicity - Trivia Night

Yeah i guess, should we get an announcement in announcements tomorrow. So me and Crystal are going to make announcements at YR7 roll calls tomorrow. Umm does anyone know the room for all year 7 roll call or should i get them from the office.

Cool, yes let EVERYONE know, it would be woeful if some people were going to enter and then decided not to because they thought the cut off date was tomorrow. Announcements, posters, everything. Unfortunately the forms will still say it's tomorrow but because you're going to be so fantastic at announcing this, everyone should know anyway that the new deadline is Wednesday 3 November.

Vish, check the first post in this thread, I posted the roll call roster. If you guys want to swap things around and have Year 7s go to Year 7 roll calls (which probably is a good thing - I think Year 7s will want to go more when their fellow Year 7s tell them to, rather than people they don't know from older years) then feel free to allocate classes amongst yourselves.

Yeah, I got a group of year 7's convinced and now there are 2 more teams coming. Also Crystal convinced some girls to form a team so there is possibly 3 yr 7 teams!

Some of the girls might just join Matts team , though i'm not sure. They might've made their own team.
But we definitely have two year 7 teams!

do you know who is in Matts team. I thought it was like Lachlan, Matt,Raelene and i dont know the rest

Umm this question is kinda irrelevant but are the yr 7's doing anything for trivia night. And also do everyone have a copy of the questions and answers, because i dont think any year 7's do (including me).

Vish and Crystal, thank you so so much! As for the questions, I have a copy of the final set but Romaan is still going through a stage of editing (I think) and also - slightly strangely - a couple of SRC members seem to be on teams for the trivia night, so I think you might have to wait a bit more before I show people questions, just so we know they don't get out to other people (not that I don't trust you - it's just that I wouldn't want the questions open to the public). Don't worry, people in SRC aren't meant to have questions - only the Questions Committee and I should have them (I hope).

As for Year 7s, yes of course you'll be doing things on the night! Welcome to your first SRC event, you are now responsible people. You'll probably be part of some sort of roster where you'll have a shift and swap in/out.
